How we will support our community through COVID-19

Some important information to our customers on how we can keep each other safe during COVID-19, whilst still helping you keep sane at home with some goodies for your little ones!

At Toy Playhouse, we're proud of the role we play in the community. Recognising the unprecedented time we are in with COVID-19, coupled with our desire to keep both customers and staff safe, we'll be implementing the following practices as part of our effort to 'flatten the curve'. These changes will be from 25th March 2020.

Online orders continue to be shipped - picked and packed 3 times a week

We'll be picking / packing three times a week to ensure you get your goodies. There will be two shipping options:

  • Australia Post, and
  • In-Store Pickup (Locals Only - see below)


In-Store Pickup Only - Monday, Thursday, Saturday - 9:30am - 12:30pm

Whilst not an easy decision to make, for the safety of our customers and staff, we will be transitioning to 'pick up' from store only. 

Whilst you won't be able to come into the store, instead you can order online, select In Store Pick up and one of our team members will email you once it's ready for pickup at an applicable timeslot.

Pick up will be available 3 times a week during the following times:

  • Monday - 9:30am - 12:30pm
  • Thursday - 9:30am - 12:30pm
  • Saturday - 9:30am - 12:30pm

Social distancing will be in place, with a pick up window at front door for contactless handover. 



These are challenging times, however we hope that by allowing this, we continue to be able to support our loyal customer base.
