Anamalz

The cuddliest wooden animals alive!

Designed by Louise Causon-Scott and her partner Tim Scott in Australia, these incredible animal friends were first brought into the world in 2007. Today the anaMalz team is made up of a group of passionate, and incredibly creative people. Anamalz has won more than 15 industry awards have been won including an Australian International design award.

Through creating quirky yet timeless products of the highest standard, the Anamalz team wants to give everyone a chance to give back to nature, and that’s why for every anaMalz that finds a home, a percentage is being donated for preserving nature forever.

Anamalz are made from a wood known as schima superba or “needlewood” (also known as Chinese Maple) – a fast growing tree harvested in a forest plantation in China. All waste wood from the manufacturing process is given to a local farm to grow mushrooms.

All anaMalz are carefully hand painted using child-friendly paint, tested under EN71, ASTM, CPSIA accreditation. They are put together with formaldehyde-free glue, and the anaMalz horns are made from an FDA approved material called TPR — a material commonly used for baby bottles and other baby items.
