We deliver your order either via Australia Post, Sendle (our Carbon Neutral Delivery partner), Courier Please, Fastway, TNT Express, Toll Ipec or Allied Express.  Other than Australia Post, which you can select at the checkout as your preferred delivery method we will choose the best-fit delivery partner based on the products in your order and the location the delivery will be going to.

The national next business day delivery network operates between all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centers. Australia Post restrict delivery to their PO Box's and Parcel lockers to Australia Post deliveries only.

If you want your order delivered to a PO Box or an Australia Post Parcel Locker you must use the Australia Post shipping method when you complete your order through the checkout.

No other delivery options can deliver to PO Box's or Australia Post Parcel Lockers.

We integrate directly into our delivery partners pricing systems to ensure we only charge the amount it costs to ship the order. We do not add on a service or handling fee.

If your order total is more than $150 (excluding the shipping cost) we will deliver your order to an Australian address for free.

If you select this delivery option we will send your order via Australia Post (Standard Parcel Post), delivery times. 

Items marked as a Heavy/Bulky do not qualify for free delivery, even if your order total is over $150. This message will be shown on the product page if it applies.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective 11th April 2020

So as to protect our customers during this COVID-19 outbreak, our Returns and Refunds Policy has been revised, effective 11th April 2020.

Change of mind refunds and exchanges will not be offered on all purchases made from 11th April 2020.

Should you receive an incorrect item via post as a result of our error, then we will pay for the item to be returned where it will be disinfected prior to re-sale.
